The ideal candidate for our Consumer Products Settlement Demand Writer / Legal Assistant is a person who shares our passion in holding manufacturers of faulty consumer products accountable and who will be depended upon to produce timely and quality work product that shares our clients’ experience so that we may achieve justice on their behalf.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
As a part of our groundbreaking consumer products division, you will be responsible for writing settlement demands, which includes analyzing medical records and other relevant evidence unique to each case. The ideal candidate will possess proficient writing skills, a high level of organization, and an ability to promptly meet deadlines and fulfill department goals. This position is primarily autonomous work, but also requires participation in a collaborative team environment. This is an ideal position for someone who writes well, produces work product in a fast-paced environment, derives satisfaction from meeting personal and departmental goals, and takes ownership in the outcomes of their work.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Prior writing experience and ability to produce examples of your work.
Willing to work in-office. There is no remote-work option.
