Data‐Entry Clerk (Remote – U.S.)
About the role
Join our operations team to keep customer and policy data clean, current, and compliant.
Key responsibilities
- Enter, validate, and update 200 + records per day in Excel and our CRM
- Run weekly data‐quality audits; correct discrepancies
- Generate simple pivot‐table reports for finance and compliance teams
- Follow HIPAA / PII guidelines and internal security policies
- Contribute to process‐improvement documentation
Must‐have qualifications
- Typing speed 55 + WPM
- 1 + year professional data‐entry experience desired
- Intermediate Excel
- Meticulous attention to detail & time‐management skills
- High‐school diploma or GED; reliable internet
Preferred: insurance terminology familiarity, Salesforce or HubSpot exposure, basic SQL.
Compensation & perks
- Salary: $41 k – $53 k (≈ $20 – $26/hour)
