Data‐Entry Clerk (Remote – U.S.)

About the role
Join our operations team to keep customer and policy data clean, current, and compliant.

Key responsibilities

  • Enter, validate, and update 200 + records per day in Excel and our CRM
  • Run weekly data‐quality audits; correct discrepancies
  • Generate simple pivot‐table reports for finance and compliance teams
  • Follow HIPAA / PII guidelines and internal security policies
  • Contribute to process‐improvement documentation

Must‐have qualifications

  • Typing speed 55 + WPM
  • 1 + year professional data‐entry experience desired
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail & time‐management skills
  • High‐school diploma or GED; reliable internet

Preferred: insurance terminology familiarity, Salesforce or HubSpot exposure, basic SQL.

Compensation & perks

  • Salary: $41 k – $53 k (≈ $20 – $26/hour)
  • 401(k) with 4 % match, medical/dental/vision, paid holidays
  • $500 annual remote‐equipment stipend
