• Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
• Extensive expertise in month-end close processes and financial statement preparation.
• Strong knowledge of financial audits and reporting standards.
• Experience managing accounting for investment portfolios.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams in a growing organization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across various departments.
