The Role

• Status: Full-Time (7.5 hours per day).

• Setting: In-person only.

• Caseload: Grade band assignments are flexible and will be determined based on candidate experience and district needs.

• Duration: Full 2026-2027 academic year.

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly Take-Home: $2,205 per week AFTER TAX (Equivalent to $79/hr).

• Tax-Free Stipends: Includes housing and meals/incidentals for eligible travelers.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must possess (or be eligible for) a Washington State ESA and OT License.

• Note for Out-of-State Candidates: The district is willing to interview qualified candidates while their Washington licensure is in progress.

• Must be fingerprinted through OSPI.

• Candidates must provide copies of current licensure upon application.

• Contracted Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

• Assignment Length: 36 weeks.
