Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a Special Education Teacher to support elementary students in an inclusive school environment located in Minneapolis, MN. The position is a contract role, starting immediately and running through June 5, 2026. It offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., working with a caseload of 15-20 students across various disabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering specialized instruction and support to students with diverse disabilities
• Collaborating with classroom teachers and support staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Monitoring and documenting student progress
• Adapting curriculum and instructional techniques to meet student needs
• Maintaining a positive and structured learning environment

Qualifications:

• Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education Teaching license
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) endorsement required
• Experience working with a caseload of 15-20 students with various disabilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to supporting the academic and social development of young learners

Location:

• One elementary school building serving Kindergarten through 2nd grade students in Minneapolis, MN
