Title Superintendent

Location South Florida Region (Miami - Dade County, Broward County, Palm Beach County, etc.)

Salary $140,000 - $170,000 per annum

Fulltime/On site

A well-established and growing South Florida General Contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of ground-up multifamily residential projects across the region. With a healthy pipeline of active and upcoming developments, they’re looking for hands-on leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations from groundbreaking through project completion

Coordinate and communicate regularly with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and consultants to ensure timely progress and quality workmanship

Identify and resolve design conflicts, scheduling challenges, and jobsite issues proactively

Enforce all OSHA and company-specific safety protocols to maintain a clean, compliant job site

Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports, RFI logs, change orders, and progress photos

Collaborate with project managers, ownership, and design teams to ensure work aligns with contract documents, local codes, and project goals

Oversee inspections, deliveries, material staging, and sequencing to avoid delays and inefficiencies

Visit and manage multiple job sites across the South Florida region as needed

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in ground-up multifamily construction, ideally as lead superintendent

Proven ability to run complex, high-density residential projects from the field

Deep understanding of South Florida building codes, permitting processes, and subcontractor networks

Strong leadership and communication skills to manage crews and interface with ownership teams

OSHA 30 certification preferred

Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and related construction software

Valid driver's license and ability to travel between active job sites in the region

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $140,000–$170,000, commensurate with experience
