A well-established university in Westchester is seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations, maintain records, and help ensure compliance with university policies. Temporary position beginning August 25th. Compensation is $20/hr.
What you’ll do:

Provide general administrative support to keep the office running smoothly

Help with client file setup and conduct conflict checks

Assist with monthly billing tasks including time entry and billing guide preparation

Draft letters and prepare related enclosures

Submit expense reports and handle related documentation

Manage photocopying, scanning, and printing of important materials

Review and proofread various documents for accuracy

Maintain and organize electronic and hard copy filing systems

Provide Notary services as needed
What we’re looking for:

High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Comfortable working independently and supporting a team
