A well-established university in Westchester is seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations, maintain records, and help ensure compliance with university policies. Temporary position beginning August 25th. Compensation is $20/hr.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide general administrative support to keep the office running smoothly

  • Help with client file setup and conduct conflict checks

  • Assist with monthly billing tasks including time entry and billing guide preparation

  • Draft letters and prepare related enclosures

  • Submit expense reports and handle related documentation

  • Manage photocopying, scanning, and printing of important materials

  • Review and proofread various documents for accuracy

  • Maintain and organize electronic and hard copy filing systems

  • Provide Notary services as needed

What we’re looking for:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

  • Comfortable working independently and supporting a team
