What You’ll Do:

Knock doors, generate leads, and sign property owners affected by storm damage
Inspect roofs and exteriors, take photos, and assist with claim filing
Meet with insurance adjusters and represent the homeowner
Coordinate with our production team to get work done fast and clean
Cash checks and repeat

Qualifications:

Who You Are:

Confident, persuasive, and not afraid of rejection
Comfortable working outside, knocking doors, and getting on roofs
Coachable, driven, and reliable
Experience in sales or restoration is a plus — but we’ll train the right person
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Compensation:

Commission-based only
First-year reps typically earn $100,000–$150,000+
