Market Research Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Research Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in helping the company understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics. Your insights will inform strategic decisions across marketing, product development, and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity
Analyze data from surveys, focus groups, sales reports, and other sources to uncover actionable insights
Develop and present reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate research findings and recommendations
Monitor industry developments and emerging trends to support strategic planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, etc.) to align research with business goals
Design and implement surveys and research studies using various tools and methodologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a related role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends
Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, or Python)
Experience with survey platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics) and CRM or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
