Our company owner is in need of someone who can help assist him through his daily task in his professional and personal life. Some of the various daily tasks include the following ;

-Drive him to his client appointments in the areas we service. Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis. We have a new van that you would drive him in.

-Learn how to do some light sales work for our company so you can go on sales calls for us when needed. You would be asked to go on sales calls 1-3 days per week. Since you would be spending a lot of time with the company owner , he would take you on customer appoitments and teach you about our craft. You don’t need any experience in our field to learn. We can fully teach you as we go.

-Meet our various construction teams in the towns we work in and do some light project management as needed throughout the year.

-Help manage some of the company owners personal life and schedule as needed

Must have clean driving record, customer service oriented , and eager to learn about how our company serves our clients.

Main key personality attributes needed for the role ; Level headed , responsible , dependable.

This is a salary position and we would like to fulfill this role in 4-6 weeks. Posting on March 10th , 2026
