<ul>
<li> Experience in a production-driven design role (Production Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar)</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)</li>
<li>Experience with Canva and Figma a plus</li>
<li>High attention to detail – eagle eyes for pixels, colors, and alignment</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, collaborative environment</li>
<li>Previous Oil &amp; Gas industry experience required</li>
<li>Portfolio with at least 3 recent examples (templates, social posts, illustrations, etc.)</li>
<li>Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience</li>
</ul>
 Shifts:
<ul>
<li>10–20 hours/week; flexible schedule as long as deadlines are met</li>
<li>Hybrid: 3 days/week in office (Thursday required), remainder remote</li>
</ul>
 Duration:
<ul>
<li>Temporary – 1 year (08/18/2025 – 08/17/2026) with possible extension</li>
