A dynamic opportunity is available for a Paraeducator/Personal Care Assistant (PCA) supporting students in educational settings across Berks County, including Blandon and greater Reading, Pennsylvania. This contract role addresses urgent needs within schools that operate year-round early intervention schedules, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students, assisting with academic and personal care needs.
- Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques or other supportive strategies tailored to individual student requirements.
- Adapt to changing locations and student profiles, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement individualized plans effectively.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience as a paraprofessional or PCA within school environments.
- Background in ABA or similar methodologies preferred.
- Ability to work with students on early intervention schedules throughout the year.

Schedule and Location:
- Assignments mainly scheduled Monday through Tuesday, with some opportunities Monday through Friday.
