The Opportunity:

As an integral part of our growth team, we are looking for an experienced sales leader (2+ years) that will help build and scale the sales team within the organization.

What you will do:

New Vendors: Assess and prospect within the Chicago and broader regional market for new vendors to intake scrap tires

New Customers: Identify and build relationships with new customers to sell used and new tires and casings

Account Management: Maintain the list of existing and new customers/vendors in our CRM. Onboarding new vendors with appropriate documents (e.g. credit references, CRT-61, etc). Maintain regular touchpoints to ensure high quality service, collect payments, etc.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with the delivery team to share feedback from the vendors and customers to improve service levels

Who You Are:
We are seeking a dynamic sales and account management leader that is passionate about building a new pipeline of customers while providing exceptional service to our existing customer base. Experience in the trucking industry would be preferred with specific experience in tires or truck fleet maintenance viewed as a particularly valuable
