Technologist Compensation
- Pay rate: $22.60 per hour
- Work days/hours: Monday - Thursday 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM (overnights).
Technologist Responsibilities:
- Responsible for manufacturing and assembling clinical and commercial products.
- Operates production equipment.
- Weighs, measures and checks raw materials to ensure proper ingredients and quantities.
- Assists with in-process testing to ensure batches meet specifications.
- Responsible for validating processes and equipment associated with filtration, cleaning, and sterilization.
- Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves complex issues associated with scientific operations.
- Follows established procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Technologist QUALIFICATIONS:
Critical Information
- Work days/hours: Monday - Thursday 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM (overnights).
- Drug screen required.
- Interviews include phone screen followed by in-person.
Education/Licenses Needed
- High school with technical certification in laboratory operations plus 3 years laboratory experience, or AS degree in a scientific discipline with 2-3 years laboratory experience, or BS degree in a scientific discipline plus 1-2 years laboratory experience.
