Job Title: Phlebotomist Technician \ Phlebotomy Technician
Location: Saranac Lake, New York, 12983
Varying shifts: 6am-2:30pm, 7am-3:30pm, 8:30am-5pm or 1:30pm-10pm
Duration: 8 weeks

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED required A science background and phlebotomy experience Excellent manual dexterity and customer service skills are required.
• BLS Certification Required Performs phlebotomy procedures in a prompt, accurate, and reliable manner following established departmental procedures in a safe manner with minimal trauma to patient.
• Receives laboratory specimens, including blood and body fluids, and processes samples for Laboratory testing.
• Performs clerical and client service functions for the Laboratory as requested.
• Compliant with all safety standards and utilizes Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
