Pay & Perks:

  • $19.23–$22.12/hour starting pay
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus
  • Shift Differentials: + $1.50/hr (afternoons) | + $1.00/hr (midnights/weekends)

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide daily care and supervision to residents
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and healing environment
  • Be a positive role model, teaching life and coping skills

Program Highlights:

  • Stabilization Program (Ages 12–18): Safe placement with health screenings & case management
  • 35-Day Evaluation: In-depth assessment + custom action plans
  • Intensive Residential Treatment: 90-day structured, therapeutic program
  • Residential Treatment Cottage: Strength-based care for youth with SED
  • Teens in Transition: Skill-building and independent living prep

Requirements:

We’re seeking responsible, mature, and self-motivated individuals who are ready to step into a meaningful role supporting at-risk youth.


Ideal Candidates Are:

  • Empathetic and committed to making a positive impact
  • Strong communicators, both verbal and written
  • Able to set healthy boundaries and provide consistent structure
  • Passionate about helping youth grow, heal, and succeed

Minimum Requirements:

  • 21+ years old
  • Valid Minnesota driver’s license
  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred (but not required):

  • Post-secondary education or experience in Human Services, Law Enforcement, or a related field
