Job DescriptionPosition Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls and assisting walk-in customers at our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer 50–100 inbound calls daily from customers inquiring about property listings.
- Assist walk-in customers with property applications and general inquiries.
- Troubleshoot website navigation issues for customers over the phone or in person.
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments when necessary (only outbound calls required).
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, public-facing environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate websites.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
