This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Collections professional to join the RJ Block Management Team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overdue accounts and implement effective collection strategies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and legal proceedings.
- Communicate with tenants regarding payment arrangements and legal matters.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in collections or legal coordination
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Experience working in property management/rent collection is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
