Seeking an Entry Level Office Administration Clerk to become an integral part of my team. You will also have a unique opportunity to learn the basics of bookkeeping in an apprentice type program.
Responsibilities:
- Open, file and categorize mail
- Maintain an electronic and physical filing system
- Keep accurate records in accordance with my standards
- Perform all other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn Office Administration Best Practices
- Experience in Word & Excel a plus but not necessary
- Ability to follow directions and prioritize
- Previous experience and knowledge not necessary
