Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a dedicated and experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week full-time contract in Winston-Salem, NC. In this role, youll provide individualized, in-home care that supports patient independence and promotes positive health outcomes. Ideal candidates will bring recent home health experience, proficiency in OASIS documentation, and a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
Duration: 13-week contract with possibility of extension
Location: Winston-Salem, NC, covering Greensboro, Lexington, High Point, Kernersville, Winston-Salem
Hours: Full-time, Scheduled 40 hours per week - no guaranteed hours
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
On Call: Typically, one weekend per month
Productivity: 25-32 per week, up to 35 patients per week
Compensation: Hourly rate negotiable based on territory budget and candidate experience, blended pay packages available for travelers, weekly pay

Mileage Reimbursement: .38c visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected

Job Duties:

Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes.
Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
Educate patients and families on care techniques and health management.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
Document patient care and progress in Homecare Homebase.
Participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend shifts.

Job Requirements:

Active North CarolinaRegistered Nurse (RN)license.
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required.
Proficiency in Homecare Homebase required.
Proficiency in Oasis required.
Oasis Certified strongly preferred.
Reliable transportation for patient visits.
Completion of Joint Commission onboarding upon offer.
