Overview:
Our client, a reputable organization in the outdoor sporting goods industry, is looking to add an Executive & HR Coordinator to their team. This role is fully on-site at their Indianapolis office, with flexibility to work from home for evening meetings.
Key Responsibilities:

Attend and take detailed notes during key CEO-led meetings (including ~4 evening meetings per month).

Prepare and polish presentation decks from content provided by executives.

Coordinate quarterly and annual company meetings: scheduling, attendee coordination, room bookings, catering, agendas.

Manage executive scheduling and occasional travel arrangements.

Support COO and EVP with occasional project coordination and administrative tasks.
HR Administrative Support:

Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy across HR systems.

Manage job postings (LinkedIn and other platforms) and coordinate recruiting logistics.

Conduct first-round candidate screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Assist with onboarding paperwork and orientation scheduling.

Handle benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compliance tracking in partnership with external providers.

Assist with annual performance review process and other employee lifecycle events.
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in executive administrative support, HR coordination, or a combination of both.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).

Comfort working occasional evening hours from home to support global meetings.

HR experience preferred but not required if willing to learn.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
