Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure satisfaction and resolve any inquiries they may have.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all interactions and transactions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer queries.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service Quality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
