<li>3–5 years of full-service restaurant management experience</li>
<li>Strong leadership, training, and team development skills</li>
<li>Proficient in labor scheduling, cost control, and operational execution</li>
<li>Excellent guest communication and problem-solving abilities</li>

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background &amp; Skills:

<li>Experience in gastropub, grill &amp; taphouse, or casual comfort-food concepts</li>
<li>Familiarity with rotating menu items or draft beer programs</li>
<li>Proven track record of fostering positive workplace culture</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment</li>
<li>Bar execution experience</li>
