Restaurant Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of full-service restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership, training, and team development skills
- Proficient in labor scheduling, cost control, and operational execution
- Excellent guest communication and problem-solving abilities
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in gastropub, grill & taphouse, or casual comfort-food concepts
- Familiarity with rotating menu items or draft beer programs
- Proven track record of fostering positive workplace culture
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Bar execution experience
