An experienced Senior Recruiter is needed to support high volume hiring across a diverse set of roles including technical, operational, and corporate functions. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in fast paced environments and enjoys tackling complex or niche hiring challenges.
You will partner closely with hiring managers, manage multiple open roles simultaneously, and drive full cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer. Experience supporting large accounts or enterprise environments is highly valued.
Responsibilities
• Manage full cycle recruitment for a variety of roles
• Source and attract candidates using multiple channels
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
• Maintain strong pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience
Requirements
• 5 plus years recruiting experience
• Experience handling high volume or complex recruitment environments
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
