Medical Receptionist – Complete Chicago Chiropractic & Sports Medicine
Location: 7311 Forest Preserve Dr., Chicago, IL ( Harlem and Irving cross streets)
Compensation: $16-19/hour
Schedule:
• Monday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Some Saturdays as needed
Flexibilty to work is a plus

Position Overview
The receptionist is the first point of contact for our patients. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast‐paced healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
• Answer phones, verify health insurance benefits, post payments, and schedule appointments
• Check patients in and out. Complete transactions and collections monitoring
• Perform general office and administrative tasks. Marketing and patient plan schedules.
• Maintain accurate records and update patient information
• Handle computer‐based tasks, including email and scheduling software
• Support the clinical team with daily office operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word and general office software)
• Ability to learn scheduling and practice‐management systems
• Professional communication and phone etiquette
• Reliable, transportion, punctual, and detail‐oriented
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred (not required)
Ideal Candidate
You’re friendly, organized, comfortable with computers, and enjoy helping people. Experience in a medical or chiropractic office is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
