Position Summary:
As a Bartender at Spago, you will be part of an award-winning team delivering elevated hospitality in an iconic environment. You will be responsible for curating world-class cocktails, providing warm and professional guest interactions, and ensuring every detail behind the bar reflects the high standards of Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Provide an engaging, professional, and memorable guest experience at the bar and in the dining room.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of classic cocktails, seasonal menus, and food and beverage pairings.

Collaborate with the beverage and culinary teams on seasonal menu changes and creative offerings.

Manage bar prep, inventory, and organization to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Act as a brand ambassador for Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining.
Qualifications:

Prior bartending experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or upscale restaurant settings required.

Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.

Ability to provide gracious, professional, and attentive service in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
