Position Overview
Concord Academy of Petoskey is seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time Elementary Teacher to lead an elementary classroom. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a unique, small-school environment that emphasizes creativity, collaboration, and individualized learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging instruction for an elementary classroom
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
- Integrate core subjects with creative, project-based and STEAM-focused learning
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to support multi-age learning experiences
- Assess student progress and communicate effectively with families
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in education or related field
- Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate (Elementary Education)
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills
- Passion for innovative teaching practices, including project-based learning
- Ability to integrate arts into core academic instruction
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
