Overview
Winder Law Firm is seeking a high-performing, client-focused intake specialist to join our fast-growing personal injury team in Las Vegas, NV. This is not your typical intake role—we’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, service, and strategy. The ideal candidate has experience in personal injury law and is passionate about helping people during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients via phone, web, and text communications
- Qualify and convert leads into signed cases using a strategic, empathetic, and client-centered approach
- Guide prospective clients through the intake process with professionalism and clarity
- Track, manage, and take ownership of your lead pipeline to achieve high conversion rates
- Collaborate with the marketing and case management teams to analyze lead quality and improve performance
- Refine and evolve intake scripts and systems based on client needs and firm goals
- Participate in ongoing training to strengthen your skills in sales psychology, empathy-driven communication, and legal intake strategy
Experience
- Minimum 1 years of experience in personal injury law, either in intake, case management, or client-facing roles
- Proven ability to connect with potential clients and gain their trust quickly
- Strong communication, listening, and judgment skills
- Comfort using intake software, CRMs, and tracking tools to measure performance
- A closer’s mentality with a heart for service
- Spanish fluency is required
Compensation
- Base salary between $31,200 and $52,000 depending on experience
- Performance-based bonuses tied to signed cases, with earning potential at or above case manager compensation
- PTO, firm holidays, and additional benefits included
- Opportunities for professional growth, with potential for leadership roles as the intake team expands
