We are looking for an experienced and friendly Customer Service/Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
Bilingual in Spanish PREFERRED
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information • Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation • Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
