Our client seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR team.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity where you will make up to $28/hr based on your experience. You will work a hybrid schedule, 8-5 Mon-Fri, with two days in the office, three days remote.
Some of your responsibilities as Human Resources Coordinator will include:
- Assisting and supporting the HR team
- Coordinates and facilitates the new employee onboarding program
- Scanning and filing employee documents into HRIS system
- Assisting in department meetings/events
- Processes HR changes in the HRIS system as it relates to new employees
- Responsible for scanning/filing employment/employee documents into the HRIS system
- Providing reports to the HR team
- Assisting with upkeep of HR programs
- Assists in the coordination of department meetings, training and more
- Maintaining knowledge of all applicable HR policies and procedures
- Working collaboratively and fostering a positive work environment
To qualify for Human Resources Coordinator position, you must have:
- One (1) year of professional work experience in the Human Resources field
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience administering payroll benefits preferred
- One (1) year HRIS experience preferred
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- Strong desire to learn Human Resource knowledge
- High organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
