Mike Maroone Auto Group is hiring Sales Consultants for our Chevy North and VW dealerships.

What You’ll Do

• Sell and lease new & used vehicles
• Greet customers and guide them through the buying process
• Conduct needs assessments and test drives
• Build relationships that turn into repeat business
• Use CRM tools to manage customer follow-up
• Deliver vehicles and ensure customers love their experience

What We’re Looking For

• Sales or customer service experience (auto sales a plus, not required)
• Strong communication skills
• Goal-driven and competitive (in a healthy way)
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Availability for evenings and weekends
