Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Elk River, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring leaders. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including meeting with hiring managers, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and assisting candidates through onboarding.
• Manage contractor relationships and facilitate their transition to permanent roles within the organization.
• Focus on filling roles such as assemblers, manufacturing engineers, production supervisors, and leadership positions.
• Handle a high volume of applicants and ensure timely follow-up without needing to perform sourcing activities.
• Collaborate closely with a fast-paced and close-knit team, fostering a supportive and engaging work environment.
• Work with 28 open requisitions, ensuring that hiring goals are met effectively.
• Utilize Paylocity and other applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows.
• Maintain compliance with background checks and other hiring processes.
• Provide onsite support for recruitment activities approximately 2-3 hours per week.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong ability to manage high-volume hiring while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems like Paylocity.
• Familiarity with conducting background checks and ensuring compliance in hiring processes.
• Capability to work onsite in Elk River, Minnesota for 2-3 hours weekly.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring across various levels, including production roles, leadership positions, and individual contributors.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in managing contractor conversions to permanent employment.
