Construction Manager
GLS Staffing
GLS Staffing is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee large-scale infrastructure and civil construction projects from planning through completion.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution.</li>
<li>Utilize Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, and HeavyBid.</li>
<li>Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.</li>
<li>Review blueprints, schematics, contracts, and project documentation.</li>
<li>Lead field personnel and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience managing infrastructure, civil, or site development projects.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, and estimating software.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of blueprint reading, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Experience with Civil 3D and heavy civil construction preferred.</li>
