This key role ensures smooth project execution by coordinating teams, managing permits, and fostering client relationships. It’s a fast-paced, growth-oriented position with diverse responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the front desk point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate daily contractor schedules and update weekly project timelines.
- Work closely with the sales rep to ensure timely receipt of designs for processing in Bluebeam and swift permit submissions—critical as some cities take over two months.
- Prepare permit applications, conduct walkthroughs, and perform site visits as needed.
- Order materials, track deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy in warehouse stock.
- Assist with change orders, invoices, and project documentation.
- Manage warehouse materials, organizing items by job start dates.
- Collaborate with the manager to plan daily and weekly tasks.
- Lead monthly team huddles and support social media and showroom organization.
- Provide occasional light deliveries if needed.
- Communicate clearly and resolve customer needs with professionalism.
