Salary Range: up to $70,000 per year
The Ideal Candidate
We are specifically seeking candidates with proven management experience in Construction, HVAC, or the Building Materials Industry.
Core Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a hybrid team of customer service specialists across multiple offices
Develop and implement service strategies to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and efficient resolution of issues.
Manage daily operations, service metrics, and workflow to meet company goals.
Serve as the key escalation point for complex service and client issues.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience (3+ years preferred) managing a customer service or operations team.
Prior experience within the HVAC, or Construction/Building Materials sector is essential.
Exceptional leadership, strong communication, and advanced problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage and engage both local and remote team members effectively.
