Location: Tinton Falls, NJ • Job Type: Full-Time • Industry: Electronics / Advanced Materials
Salary: $120 - $150K Depending on Experience

Role Overview
As an Electrical Engineer, you will design, develop, and test electrical circuits and systems for prototypes and customer applications. You’ll bring strong problem-solving skills, contribute technical expertise, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs. This is a hands-on engineering position—not a project management role.
Key Responsibilities

Circuit & System Design: Create and develop electrical systems, circuits, and prototypes for internal and customer-driven projects.

PCB Design & Testing: Design and review printed circuit boards and test fixtures; perform RF circuit analysis.

Automated Testing: Develop and execute automated tests; write simple GUIs and test software (Python, Java, or similar).

Collaboration: Work with mechanical, software, and product teams to integrate electrical designs into larger systems.

Research & Documentation: Analyze test results, document findings, and stay current on electrical engineering advancements.
Qualifications

U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (required for ITAR compliance).

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

5–10 years of experience in circuit/system design and product applications.

Proficiency in PCB design, RF systems, and automated testing.

Programming experience for test development (Python, Java, Arduino, MicroPython, etc.).

Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data analysis/statistics.

Ability to occasionally work overtime or weekends to meet project deadlines.
