We are an established real estate law firm committed to accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client service. Our team works closely with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and underwriters to ensure smooth and timely closings
The Title Processor is responsible for managing residential real estate files from contract to closing. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, superb client service, and the ability to coordinate with multiple parties to ensure compliance with lender, underwriter, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and process Real Estate Contract files from receipt of contract through closing
- Order title searches, surveys, payoffs, HOA estoppels, and municipal lien searches
- Review title commitments, clear title issues, and prepare respective documentation
- Coordinate with lenders, realtors, attorneys, underwriters, and clients
- Track deadlines and ensure all file requirements are met on time
- Prepare closing packages for lenders and assist with settlement statements (CD/HUD)
- Ensure compliance with state, lender, and underwriter guidelines
- Maintain accurate and organized files
Qualifications
- Experience as a Title Processor
- Strong knowledge of title insurance, escrow, and closing procedures
- Familiarity with respective title software
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
Excellent client and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple files in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma required; college coursework a plus
REQUIRED Skills
- Florida title processing experience
- Ability to read and interpret title commitments, contracts and surveys
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive communication style
** Spanish a plus
