Key Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Occupational Therapist License
- State licensure or certification required
- Prior experience delivering OT services in a school setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat K–12 students with diverse disabilities impacting school participation
- Develop individualized treatment plans by collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals
- Conduct thorough evaluations, deliver direct therapy, and monitor/document student progress
- Provide training and education for school staff on best practices to support students with disabilities
