Role:
The Provider Success Manager (PSM) is committed to supporting Nuvia Providers by ensuring they are well-informed about Nuvia’s policies and procedures. This role involves addressing any concerns or issues raised by providers and working diligently to resolve them in a timely manner. Additionally, the PSM will leverage data analysis to identify opportunities for improving provider productivity, thereby ensuring the ongoing success of the center. By integrating proactive support with analytical insights the Provider Success Manager helps optimize provider performance and satisfaction within the Nuvia Network.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain consistent communication with Providers in the region by scheduling monthly one-on-one calls to address their questions and concerns, as well as to share strategies for enhancing their productivity.
- Manage the schedule of each provider in the respective centers. This includes making sure the schedule is constantly updated, notifying all parties about changes and finding coverage when needed without affecting productivity.
- Manage and analyze data for the Providers to identify trends, areas for improvement and potential network gaps.
- Weekly audit of medical refunds.
- Convey to providers new policies and protocols.
- Assist on HR-related questions.
- Work closely with the Sales, Production and Lab departments to ensure alignment of goals and strategies within the network.
- Assist in the planning of special projects such as symposiums, courses and training.
- Book travel for Nuvia 101 as well as clinical and/or operational training.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are essential for building and maintaining positive relationships with the Providers.
- Ability to manage multiple relationships and tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrate initiative and proactive thinking, with a strong emphasis on anticipating and addressing potential issues after they arise whenever possible.
- Adaptability to changes in policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Ability to analyze data, identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

3. All Nuvia Providers are accomplishing the results set out in their 4R document. Both in productivity measurement, clinical quality, and leadership.
4. There is never a lapse in provider coverage.
5. Nuvia Providers are referring their colleagues to work for Nuvia.
6. The Surgical and Restorative Trainers feel supported and productive regarding their providers, so much so that they are demonstrating effectiveness when it comes to coaching and issue resolution.
7. Nuvia’s clinical protocols contained in the Provider Handbook are being executed at a high level.
