Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
• Answer and manage calls using a multi-line phone system, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
• Monitor and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries.
• Handle client inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to front desk operations.
• Assist in coordinating office events or meetings as needed.
• Uphold confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive information.• Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with basic office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
