CNA Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and medication reminders

Follow personalized care plans and schedules set by supervisors

Provide emotional and social support to residents

Support dining services, including meal setup and assistance as needed

Assist with laundry and light housekeeping as required

Document care and daily activities per facility guidelines
-
Communicate resident concerns or changes to supervisor
-
Promote resident independence, dignity, and confidentiality
-
Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
-
Participate in required training sessions and staff meetings
-
Maintain a professional, respectful demeanor with residents, families, and team members
-
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or CHHA certification in Pennsylvania
-
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and assist residents with mobility
-
Strong communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak English

Ability to follow care plans and work effectively within a care team
-
Previous experience with senior or memory care residents is a plus
