Were looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) whos inspired by helping children reach new levels of independence through play, creativity, and everyday routines and who values flexibility, collaboration, and a supportive team culture.

What Youll Do:

• Assess and treat children to enhance sensory processing, fine motor skills, and daily living abilities
• Create fun, play-based therapy plans tailored to each childs unique needs
• Partner with families, caregivers, and our collaborative therapy team to ensure meaningful progress
• Empower families through education and practical home strategies to support ongoing growth
• Keep clear, timely notes in our simple and efficient EMR system
  

What Youll Need:

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Texas OT license or eligibility to obtain one
• NBCOT certification or eligibility
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
• Genuine passion for helping children and families grow, thrive, and reach their goals
