Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.



SAP experience is a plus.
