Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues in a timely and courteous manner.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
SAP experience is a plus.
