Compensation

  • Local Pay: $49$56 per hour

  • Travel Pay: $1,700$1,978 weekly take-home (equivalent to $59$69 per hour)

Duties

  • Provide therapy services to students with a variety of physical, developmental, and academic needs.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

  • Assess fine motor skills, sensory integration, and functional needs to support student success.

  • Document progress, maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, and participate in IEP meetings.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy (or higher)

  • Active Colorado OT license (or eligibility for licensure)

  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
