Job Description NOW HIRING: Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate
Start Your Career in Manufacturing – No Experience Needed!
Full-Time | Monday–Friday

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assemble parts using tools, instructions, or blueprints
• Operate and monitor basic production machines
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, rulers, etc.)
• Follow step-by-step work instructions
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
• Work with a team to hit daily production goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical mindset (you like working with your hands)
• Ability to read basic blueprints or instructions
• Basic math skills (adding, measuring, simple conversions)
• Strong attention to detail
• Safety-focused and reliable

Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly is a PLUS — but not required!
We’re willing to train the right person
Work Environment:

• Standing for 8–10 hour shifts
• Lifting 25–40 lbs regularly
• Repetitive hand movements (assembly work)
