Duties/Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the office to ensure smooth progress.
- Build a work environment that supports a positive culture and effective working relationships among staff, providers, and patients.
- Manage patient scheduling for the practice.
- Effectively communicate and develop a strong working relationship with the doctor and promote teamwork through cooperative and professional behaviors.
- Answer and return incoming calls from patients.
- Lead and assist team of dental assistants.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a leadership position within a dental practice.
- CEREC Experience Required
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR and payroll tools, and dental practice management software.
- Exemplary communication skills with internal personnel and patients.
- Proven experience in handling interpersonal conflict with a demonstrated skillset in conducting tough conversations with staff and patients.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
