Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers, servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and high-performing team.
- Ensure consistent quality of food, beverages, and service standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and sales forecasting.
- Implement and maintain operational policies, health and safety standards, and compliance with regulations.
- Foster a positive and engaging environment for guests and team members alike.
- Drive marketing, promotions, and community engagement initiatives to grow the restaurant’s presence.
- Resolve guest concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in multi-unit or high-volume environments.
