Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers, servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and high-performing team.
  • Ensure consistent quality of food, beverages, and service standards.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and sales forecasting.
  • Implement and maintain operational policies, health and safety standards, and compliance with regulations.
  • Foster a positive and engaging environment for guests and team members alike.
  • Drive marketing, promotions, and community engagement initiatives to grow the restaurant’s presence.
  • Resolve guest concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
