Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Proficient in assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders.

Responsibilities:

Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify students speech and language needs.
Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual student assessments.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students overall development.
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy as needed.
Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEPs and educational goals.
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate records of student performance and outcomes.
