Minimum 1+ years Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Technologist experience and RCES or ARRT certification required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Electrophysiology (EP) Technician in the Brockton, MA area. This contract position offers a dynamic setting where your specialized skills in imaging and electrophysiology technology can make a significant impact in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic electrophysiology procedures under physician supervision.
- Operate and maintain advanced imaging and cardiac monitoring equipment.
- Assist in complex cardiac ablation and device implant procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs and provide critical support during procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of procedure details and patient responses.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an EP Technician.
- Certification in ARRT (Radiologic Technologist), RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist), BLS (Basic Life Support), and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and electrophysiology processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced procedural environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Schedule and Location:
- 40-hour workweek with a Monday through Thursday schedule, 4 days on 10-hour shifts starting at 8 AM.
- No weekends, no major holiday shifts, and no on-call responsibilities.
