What You'll Do (Hybrid Model in the U.S.):

As a Hybrid Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of your assigned department, whether you're supporting Payroll, Accounting, Customer Service, Human Resources, or Management teams. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Office Presence & Collaboration (In-Office Days):
    • Provide in-person administrative support to executives and teams.
    • Assist with on-site meeting coordination, setup, and materials.
    • Manage physical office supplies, mail, and equipment.
    • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training.
    • Foster direct relationships and face-to-face communication with colleagues.
  • Remote Productivity & Digital Management (Remote Days):
    • Manage complex digital calendars, schedule virtual meetings (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams), and send timely reminders across U.S. time zones.
    • Handle extensive email correspondence, prioritizing, drafting responses, and organizing inboxes.
    • Prepare, edit, and format confidential documents, presentations, and reports with precision.
    • Maintain highly organized digital filing systems and databases (e.g., SharePoint, internal platforms).
    • Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.
  • Across Both Environments:
    • Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication, both in-person and virtually.
    • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
    • Conduct research and compile information as needed for various projects.
    • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

  • Must reside and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Proven administrative experience (e.g., 1+ years for Entry Level, 1+ years for experienced roles), preferably in a hybrid or corporate setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and articulate demeanor.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • A dedicated, quiet home office environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote workdays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or relevant certifications, are a plus.
  • Experience in Payroll, Accounting, Customer Service, Human Resources, or supporting Management teams is highly advantageous.
